I cannot recommend Palmetto Heating and Air enough! I arrived at our home to find the a/c was not working. With a house full of family arriving in 24 hours I called our regular HVAC company who arrived and found a fan motor broken. The new part had to be ordered and would not arrive for 3-5 days. I decided to try another company and picked Palmetto Heating and Air. Serina answered the phone, listened to my frantic story and immediately said they could help. She found the part in Savannah, sent an office worker to pick it up, meet the technician in Bluffton for him to bring to our house in Sea Pines. Sonny, the technician, was at our house within 3 hours and the a/c working soon after that! Serina had excellent customer service and Sonny was a pleasant and efficient technician. We will be changing our HVAC company to Palmetto!!

We had heat pump die on us just before Christmas. Palmetto Heating and Air went way above and beyond getting heat back into our home. Fast service, very professional and competent techs (one installing units for over 30 years). Further the crew was particularly careful not to track dirt inside when tearing out the old air handler and replacing it with a new one - plus cleaned so well upon leaving my wife joked we should hire them to clean our house routinely. We could not be more pleased in any regard with Palmetto’s service. 100% unequivocal recommendation.

Always do a good job especially in an emergency. A/C went out 95 degrees. JT was here and repaired system in 2 hours. That's good service

We live out of state and are part time residents in SC. We have had Palmetto heating and air service our system for the past three years.
