Comfort Club HVAC Maintenance Agreements

We provide in our standard Planned Maintenance Agreement two (2) maintenance cleanings/inspections per year which include:

• Clean or replace filter(s)
• Inspect and clean evaporator coil if needed
• Inspect and clean condenser coil if needed
• Check refrigerant charge
• Inspect heat strips for proper operation
• Check blower motor and wheel alignment
• Clean all return air grills
• Lubricate moving parts as needed
• Clean condensate drains
• Calibrate thermostat if needed
• Inspect all electrical connections
• Check reversing valve and defrost cycle
